SHIPMENT

The delivery days are to be considered from the moment the order leaves our warehouse:

1. Europe – European Union –2-6 working days according to the destination
2. Europe – Extra European Union –2-4 working days
3. USA and Canada: 1-3 working days
4. Federazione Russa: 2-3 working days (DHL) / 10-20 days (EMS Russian Post)
5. Asia e Medio Oriente: 2-6 working days
6. Argentina and Mexico: 2-5 working days
7. Africa: 2-4 working days

* In case of products "available in boutiques", the shipment may be subjected to a few days of delay due to the management of the goods at peripheral warehouses.

MONNALISA will do its best to guarantee delivery by courier within the delivery time specified in the order confirmation, but is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or for reasons of force majeure beyond its control.

Monnalisa may use DHL or UPS, except for the Russian Federation, for the items destined to this country, the customer can choose to use SDA / EMS or DHL.

In the order confirmation the customer expressly accepts the delivery terms provided at art. 54 Consumer Code.

Please note that customers outside of the European Union will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities. 

The price of the items ordered with Monnalisa and shipped out of the European Union do not include taxes, customs and import duties which will vary depending on the country in which the parcel is being delivered. You may be required to pay customs / import duties when you accept delivery of the items from your courier. Should you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items back to Monnalisa.

In the event this may happen, Monnalisa may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you before the parcel was refused. In these events Monnalisa will recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.
